According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 08.07.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 90 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.600 per share, through 1 transaction;
Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 34.000 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.07.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 305 ordinary shares,
- Granit AD Skopje - 326 ordinary shares,
- Makpetrol AD Skopje - 50 ordinary shares.
