The Listing rules of the MSE regulate the MSE market segments, general and special conditions which have to be met for the listing on the MSE Official market, on the Super listing as well as the Exchange listing sub-markets, listing sponsor, the procedure for applying for listing of securities on the Official market, the contents of the Prospectus, continuing obligations of the issuer, expansion of the listing of securities, public (state) sector issuers, compliance with and enforcement of the provisions of the Listing Rules, as well as the actions of MSE in case of violation of the Listing rules by an issuer.
