Board of Directors

The MSE is organized as a joint-stock company with one-tier management. The Board of Directors is composed of 8 members, 7 non-executive members and 1 executive member:

   - Toni Stojanovski (NLB Banka Skopje) - President

   - Mihajlo Brova Zikov  (Komercijalna Banka Skopje)

   - Ivana Gazic (Zagreb Stock Exchange)

   - Slavcho Filipchev (Grant Thornton)

   - Nina Nedanoska (Sparkasse Bank Skopje)

   - Goran Anastasovski (Clearing House KIBS Skopje) - independent member

   - Ivan Misev (Advokatsko drustvo Papazovski i Misev) - independent member

   - Ivan Shteriev (CEO, Macedonian Stock Exchange) - executive member
