According to the Notification about the intention of takeover of Makpetrol AD Skopje published today we inform that the proxy for the proxy holder Petar Stojanovski to act on behalf of Balkan Petroleum Holding Limited was submitted to the Macedonians Stock Exchange. In accordance with Article 22, paragraph 3, of the Takeover Law the Exchange published the intention for takover of Makpetrol AD Skopje.
