Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 08.06.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 08.06.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 503 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 307 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.450 per share, through 3 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo bought 67 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Dimko Mitrev AD Veles- 11 ordinary shares.
