Delisting of shares issued by AD UTT Makedonija Bitola

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 08.10.2019 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by AD UTT Makedonija Bitola from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to transformation into Limited Liability Company.

Shares issued by AD UTT Makedonija Bitola will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Mandatory listing) starting from 10.10.2019 (Thursday).
