The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 09.01.2009 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Investbanka AD Skopje from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, according to article 9.05 paragraph 2 and sub-paragraph c) of the MSE Listing Rules.
The MSE Board of Directors concluded that after the successful takeover made by Steiermärkische Bank und Sparkassen AG, Austia, Investbanka AD Skopje no longer fulfils the special requirements for listing on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange regarding the number of shareholders and the free float ratio.
The MSE had a successful cooperation with Investbanka AD Skopje as a listed company on the Super listing sub-segment on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange regarding the fulfillment of the continuous listing obligations stipulated in the Listing Rules of the MSE.
The shares issued by Investbanka AD Skopje will be transferred on the Market of Publicly traded companies on the Regular Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange starting from 12.01.2009 (Monday).
