According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 07.07.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.500 per share, through 2 transactions;
- 20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.600 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 40 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 34.000 per share, through 2 transactions;


According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.07.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
-  Komercijalna banka  AD Skopje - 145 ordinary shares,
- Granit AD Skopje - 269 ordinary shares,
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 21 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje- 175 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5  ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 477 ordinary shares.
