The inclusion of the company Replek AD Skopje the "Watch List" is aimed at drawing the attention of the investing public due to the adopted decisions on the division of ordinary shares and the reduction of the nominal amount of the shares and on the amendment and addition of the Statute of the company, adopted by the Assembly of shareholders of the company held on 25.04.2024.
