According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 06.10.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 86 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.349 per share, through 2 transactions and 105 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.350 per share, through 3 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.10.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 25 ordinary shares,
- Fersped AD Skopje - 4.000 ordinary shares,
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 48 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 50 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 414 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 1.125 ordinary shares.
