Public auctions for big packages of shares

We inform that on 07.08.2013 (Wednesday), according to the Annex 4 of the MSE Trading Rules, a package of 23 shares issued by TE-TO AD Skopje (representing 9,2% of total issed shares) will be offered through a public auction for big packages of shares, with a starting price of 2.120.000,00 denars per share, with the “all or nothing” rule.
