Taking into consideration the obligation according to the article 166-b of the Securities Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 95/2005, 25/2007, 7/2008 and 57/2010), that stipulates that all joint stock companies and other issuers of securities whose securities are not listed and are not in the Registry of JSCs with special reporting obligations are obliged to publish data on the authorized stock exchange’s web site, the Macedonian stock exchange prepared a special section on it’s web site for publishing the announcements of these companies.
