Public auction for big packages of shares

We inform that on 10.06.2009 (Wednesday), according to the Annex 4 of the MSE Trading Rules, a package of 222.962 shares issued by Bujoto Invest AD Skopje (99,95% of the outstanding shares) will be offered through a public auction for big packages of shares, with a starting price of 1.800 denars per share, with the “all or nothing” rule. 
The buying orders will be entered as prescribed in the Annex 4 of the Trading Rules starting from 13:30 according to the following schedule: 13:30 – 13:35 phase of indication of interest 13:35 – 14:30 bidding phase.
