The Macedonian Stock Exchange Board of Directors brought a Decision No.02-2535/1 dated December 24, 2009 by which the member Publikum AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE.
With permanent exclusion from membership, Publikum AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Publikum AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Publikum AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
