Decision on temporary excluding of Bitola Broker AD Bitola

According to the Security Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-3730/8 dated December 19, 2008 by which a temporary prohibition for performing all of the services related to operation with securities is issued to the brokerage house Bitola Broker AD Bitola, the CEO of Macedonian Stock Exchange on December 30, 2008 brought a Decision on temporary excluding of Bitola Broker AD Bitola from the membership in the MSE with 30 days duration starting from the day the Decision is brought, i.e. until duration of the prohibition for performing all of the services related to operation with securities issued by the Securities Exchange Commission.
