At the meeting held on 30.01.2024, the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange adopted a Decision to delist Perpetual bonds - first issue issued by Uni Bank AD Skopje, with ISIN MKBLBA200011 and trading code UNIPO, listed on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, on the sub-segment exchange listing, following a request submitted by the issuer on the basis of a decision by the shareholders' meeting. With the decision of the shareholders' meeting, Uni Banka AD Skopje used the option for redemption and withdrawal of the entire issue of bonds.

The perpetual bonds - first issue issued by Uni Bank AD Skopje are excluded from listing on January 31, 2024.
