Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 27.01.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.01.2006: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sale 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.244 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.01.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 191 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 13 ordinary shares, - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 61 ordinary shares, - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid - 2.550 ordinary shares.
