Delisting of shares issued by Lotarija na Makedonija AD Skopje

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 27.04.2011 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Lotarija na Makedonija AD Skopje from listing on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

The shares issued by Lotarija na Makedonija AD Skopje are removed from listing on the Official Macedonian Stock Exchange, by a request of the issuer, according to the decision reached on the company's Shareholders meeting. 
 
The shares issued by Lotarija na Makedonija AD Skopje will be transferred on the Market of Joint-stock companies with special reporting obligations on the Regular Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange starting from 04.05.2011 (Wednesday).
