We inform you that a decision has been made to issue a public warning via the Stock Exchange website to the company Vabtek MZT AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market on the subsegment Mandatory Listing  of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje , due to failure to publish complete materials for the shareholders' meeting within two days of the convening of the shareholders' meeting on 25.04.2025, whereby the issuer failed to act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Listing Rules.
