Public auction for big packages of shares

We inform that on 12.06.2012 (Tuesday), according to the Annex 4 of the MSE Trading Rules, a package of 74.000 shares issued by Toplifikacija AD Skopje (representing 16,44% of total issed shares) will be offered through a public auction for big packages of shares, with a starting price of 3.079 denars per share, with the “all or nothing” rule.
