According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No. UP1 08-188 dated May 16, 2012 the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Bro-Deal AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from May 29, 2012.
With permanent exclusion from membership Bro-Deal AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Bro-Deal AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Bro-Deal AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
