According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 28.05.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  60 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.000 per share, through 2 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.05.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Teteks AD Tetovo - 46 ordinary shares;
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares;
- Makstil AD Skopje - 807 ordinary shares;
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 297 ordinary shares;
- RZ ITS AD Skopje - 36 ordinary shares;
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 34 ordinary shares.
