-100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.040 per share, through 1 transaction;

-151 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.100 per share, through 1 transaction;

-63 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.600 per share, through 2 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.10.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
