Trading with shares issued by Mavrovo ADG Skopje will be temporary suspended on 27.03.2009, in expectance of announcement of price sensitive information by the issuer.
Taking into consideration the information and the statements that were published in the media related to the eventual opening of a bankruptcy procedure for Mavrovo ADG Skopje by the majority shareholder Ingra d.d. Zagreb, Croatia, MSE on 26.03.2009 requested Mavrovo ADG Skopje to publish a statement related to the information distributed in the media, not later that 15:30 the same day. Mavrovo ADG Skopje hasn’t announced the requested information until the stated time. Thus, MSE, in order to preserve the integrity of the market and to put in equal position all market participants, decided to temporary suspend the trading with shares issued by Mavrovo ADG Skopje.
