Delisting of shares issued by Transbalkan AD Gevgelija

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 25.04.2016 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Transbalkan AD Gevgelija from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure.

Shares issued by Transbalkan AD Gevgelija will be delisted from the Sub-segment Obligatory Listing starting from 27.04.2016 (Wednesday).
