According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-back on 25.02.2020 
-Makpetrol Skopje bought 292 ordinary share for the price of MKD 77.000,00 per share, through 1 block transaction
-Makpetrol Skopje bought 15 ordinary share for the price of MKD 76.497,00 per share, through 3 transactions
-Interpromet AD Tetovo bought 3 ordinary share for the price of MKD 1.500,00 per share, through transaction

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.02.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- UGOTUR AD Skopje – 28 ordinary shares  
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje – 27 ordinary shares 
- RZ Tehnicka kontrola AD Skopje – 1.360 ordinary shares 
- Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje – 12 ordinary shares  
- Makstil AD Skopje – 591 ordinary shares
