According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 24.06.2008:

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 136 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 35.000 per share, through 12 transactions;
- 7 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 35.001 per share, through 1 transaction;

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 54 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.400 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.06.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 2 ordinary share,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 11 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 243 ordinary shares,
-  RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 89 ordinary shares,
- VV Tikves AD Skopje - 113 ordinary shares,
- Alkaloid AD Skopje- 23 ordinary shares,
- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 24 ordinary shares.
