According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.02.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 21 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 2 transactions;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 21 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 2 transactions;
Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 49.995 per share, through 2 transactions;
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 49.500 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 3 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 49.990 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 427 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 49.998 per share, through 2 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Makstil AD Skopje - 1.075 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 48 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 183 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares,
- Zito Luks AD Skopje - 298 ordinary shares.
