Public auction for big packages of shares

We inform that on 27.09.2011 (Tuesday), according to the Annex 4 of the MSE Trading Rules, a package of 30.000 shares issued by Evropa AD Skopje (representing 11,47% of total issed shares) will be offered through a public auction for big packages of shares, with a starting price of 3.145 denars per share, with the “all or nothing” rule.
