Macedonian Stock Exchange notifies that starting from 24.07.2008, the implementation of the Decision for changing of Trading Rules of Macedonian Stock Exchange adopted by Board of Directors on 21.07.2008, will begin. The Decision is approved by SEC on 09.06.2008.

Changes made by this Decision refers to the following:

-        the existing concept of Minimum Acceptable Quantity  (MAQ) and base price previously prescribed in a decision,  is now inserted in the text of the Trading rules, without changing the value of factors N, M, k1 and k2;

-        the criteria for moving a securities from  the regime of continuous trading in the regime of fixing is changed. Namely, if a security which is traded in the regime of continuous trading does not reach MAQ for a period of  three (3) trading days, on the forth (4th) trading day such security turns in the regime of fixing. The criteria for moving security from the regime of fixing in the regime of continuous trading remains the same;

-         technical changes in the types of client’s accounts.
