According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No UP1 08-213 dated October 15, 2012, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Bitola Broker AD Bitola is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from October 19, 2012. 

With permanent exclusion from membership Bitola Broker AD Bitola lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Bitola Broker AD Bitola acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of  Bitola Broker AD Bitola towards MSE stay current.
