On 17.06.2013 the MSE Index Commission made a regular revision on MBI10 Index and OMB Index.
According to the Methodology for calculation of MBI10, the MSE Index Commission decided that the elements of MBI10 are the ordinary shares of the following companies: Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, Granit AD Skopje, Alkaloid AD Skopje, Makstil AD Skopje, Stopanska banka AD Bitola, Makpetrol AD Skopje, Toplifikacija AD Skopje, TTK Banka AD Skopje, Makedonijatursit AD Skopje and Replek AD Skopje.
The MSE Index Commission decided that the following elements will construct the OMB Index: Denationalization – Fourth issue (RMDEN04), Denationalization – Fifth issue (RMDEN05), Denationalization – Sixth issue (RMDEN06), Denationalization – Seventh issue (RMDEN07), Denationalization – Eight issue (RMDEN08), Denationalization – Ninth issue (RMDEN09) and Denationalization – Tenth issue (RMDEN10), Denationalization – Eleventh issue (RMDEN11) and Denationalization – Twelfth issue (RMDEN12).
The next regular revision of MBI10, MBID and OMB is on 15.12.2013.
Date of implementation of changes in the indices is 01.07.2013.
Considering the ongoing process of mandatory listing for most of the companies whose shares are traded on the Regular Market on sub-segment Market of joint stock companies with special reporting obligation that will be transferred to the new sub-segment of the Official market - Mandatory listing, the Board of Directors of the meeting held on 06.10.2013 adopted the conclusion according to which there will be no regular revision of MBID and will continue to be calculated with the existing structure until the completion of the mandatory listing procedure, after which it will be decided of the extension of the calculation of this index.
Also, after completing the mandatory listing procedure will consider the need to change the methodology for MBI10 and possible need for extraordinary revision of this index, because of the new sub-segment of listed companies of the Official market - Mandatory listing.
