Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 16.10.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.10.2006: - Еvropa AD Skopje bought 3.109 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.153 per share, through 1 block transaction and 1.913 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.300 per share, through 1 block transaction and 5.000 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.568 per share, through 29 transactions ; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Evropa AD Skopje - 419 ordinary shares.
