Delisting of shares issued by Dimko Mitrev AD Veles and Stater banka AD Kumanovo

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 14.07.2010 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Stater banka AD Kumanovo and Dimko Mitrev AD Veles from listing on the Official Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

The shares issued by Stater banka AD Kumanovo are removed from listing on the Official Macedonian Stock Exchange, because the company no longer fulfils the special requirements for listing on the Official Market regarding the free float ratio. The shares issued by Dimko Mitrev AD Veles are removed from listing on the Official Market by a request of the issuer, according to the decision reached on the company's Shareholders meeting. 
 
The shares issued by Stater banka AD Kumanovo and Dimko Mitrev AD Veles will be transferred on the Market of Joint-stock companies with special reporting obligations on the Regular Market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange starting from 19.07.2010 (Monday).
