According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 14.03.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 150 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 38 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 14.03.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Investbanka AD Skopje – 11 ordinary shares, - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 83 ordinary shares, - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje - 115 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 50 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 7 preferred shares.
