According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No. UP1 08-103 dated December 1, 2011, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Auktor&Hita Brokeri AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from December 16, 2011.
With permanent exclusion from membership Auktor&Hita Brokeri AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Auktor&Hita Brokeri AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Auktor&Hita Brokeri AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
