The Board of the Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 08.05.2009 reached a Decision for Changes and Amendments of the Listing Rules No. 02-1361/3. On 26.08.2009 the Securities and Exchange Commission reached a Resolution No. 08-1640/3 for Approval of the Decision of the Board of the Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange for Changes and Amendments of the Listing Rules No. 02-1361/3 from 08.05.2009, with which the validity of the Decision is effective.
