Delta Broker AD Skopje is permanently excluded from MSE membership

According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.UP1-08-63 dated April 28, 2010, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Delta Broker AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from May 17, 2010.
With permanent exclusion from membership Delta Broker AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Delta Broker AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Delta Broker AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
