According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 13.10.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-174 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.000 per share, through 6 transactions;
- 71 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.050 per share, through 1 transaction;
Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-40 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction;
Alkaloid AD Skopje bought:
-73 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.651 per share, through 2 transactions;
-227 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.650 per share, through 1 transaction;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 13.10.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Granit AD Skopje - 132 ordinary shares,
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 60 ordinary shares.
