According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.UP1-08-20 dated April 1, 2010, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member NLB Tutunska Broker AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from April 13, 2010.
With permanent exclusion from membership NLB Tutunska Broker AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards NLB Tutunska Broker AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of NLB Tutunska Broker AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
