According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 11.09.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 70 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.150 per share, through 2 transactions;
Skopski pazar AD Skopje bougth:
- 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 25.501 per share, through 2 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 11.09.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Mavrovo ADG Skopje – 38 ordinary shares.
