According to the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-40/37 dated March 5, 2010, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member VIP AD Skopje is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from March 15, 2010.
With permanent exclusion from membership VIP AD Skopje lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards VIP AD Skopje acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of VIP AD Skopje towards MSE stay current.
