Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 10.06.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.950 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 5 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36.000 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 10.06.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares;
- Granit AD Skopje - 110 ordinary shares.
