Change in the name of market segment

On 26.08.2009 The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia reached a Resolution No. 08-1640/3 for approval of the Decision No. 02-1361/1 from 08.05.2009 of the Board of the Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange for Changes and Amendments to the Listing Rules, and among other approvals the SEC obliged the Macedonian Stock Exchange to change the name of the market segment “Market of publicly held companies” into “Market of joint stock companies with special reporting obligations”.

Starting from 10.09.2009 the Macedonian Stock Exchange will change the name of the market segment “Market of publicly held companies” into “Market of joint stock companies with special reporting obligations”
