According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.05.2012 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 111 ordinary shares.
- Granit AD Skopje – 39 ordinary shares.
- Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje – 15 ordinary shares.
- Zito Vardar AD Veles – 30 ordinary shares.
