According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-back on 06.03.2020 
-Alkaloid AD Skopje bought 800 ordinary share for the price of MKD 13.100,00 per share, through 16 transactions

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.03.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- FZC 11 Oktomvri AD Kumanovo – 7 ordinary shares  
- Granit AD Skopje – 2 ordinary shares 
- Makstil AD Skopje – 595 ordinary shares  
- Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje – 102 ordinary shares
