Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 08.03.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed sale of treasury shares on 08.03.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje sold 36 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 3.000 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.03.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Agroplod AD Resen - 47 ordinary shares; - FZC 11 Oktomvri AD Kumanovo - 121 ordinary shares.
