Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 08.11.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 08.11.2004: - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 5 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.252 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 30 ordinary shares.
