Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.05.2008:

Skopski pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 85 preference shares for the price of MKD 20.000 per share, through 1 transaction;

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  9 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.251 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.260 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 28 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.299 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.05.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Mavrovo ADG Skopje - 48 ordinary shares
- Makpetrol AD Skopje – 40 ordinary shares.
