According to the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.04.2011:

-117 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 563,00 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.04.2011 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

- RZ Institut AD Skopje  – 5 ordinary shares;
- RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje – 18 ordinary shares;
- Makstil AD Skopje – 403 ordinary shares;
- Alkaloid AD Skopje – 932 ordinary shares;
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje – 148 ordinary shares;
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje – 17 ordinary shares.
